Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
TheDealShop.net ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to International Countries. Please be aware that:
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: TheDealShop.net is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Order Changes: If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us at info@thedealshop.net within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to make changes to your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@thedealshop.net. We will assist in tracking the package and filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages: thedealshop.net is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
